Refund Policy
At Badger State Truck ‘n Show, we are proud to host a family-friendly event that supports meaningful causes, including donations to children’s charities and local initiatives. Because of the nature of our event, the following refund policy applies:
General Admission
General admission to the Badger State Truck ‘n Show is free to the public, and no refunds apply.
Event Registrations & Paid Entries
All paid registrations (including truck entries, vendor spaces, sponsorships, and other event-related fees) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Vendor & Participant Cancellations

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund, less any administrative fees, at the discretion of event organizers.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.

No-shows will not receive a refund.
Sponsorships
All sponsorship contributions are considered donations and are non-refundable.
Event Cancellation or Changes
In the event that Badger State Truck ‘n Show must be canceled, postponed, or modified due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control:

Registration fees may be transferred to a future event or

Refunded at the discretion of event organizers
Please note that we are not responsible for additional expenses incurred (travel, lodging, etc.).
